Suite 130:

Suite 130 is currently built-out into lots of private offices and meeting spaces. Formerly a US Postal Service office, it would suit just about any office user that needs privacy: attorneys, accountants, other partnerships, etc. There are elevenoffices, two small meeting rooms, one large conference room, and a large reception / work area. It also has two private restrooms and a locker-type room with shower. That lends the space to easily adding a workout room. There are also two small equipment rooms. The entire space is already wired for CAT5 networking and for a telephone system. Just drop your equipment in and go - includes equipment rack with breakout panels.
