Here you will find some information about parking in the vicinity of One Marconi Place. Parking is always a hot topic for downtown tenants, but we feel that the area OMP is located in provides more than ample parking for our tenants and their clients. Provided in your lease is an allotment of one space per three thousand square feet, at a current rate of $85.00 per month. Additional parking can be found in a number of area surface and structured parking facilities.
