First floor space available

  • Suite 130: This suite is 4,618 square feet of private offices and supporting rooms. It does have one large reception are that could also double as an open work area. Eleven private offices, a conference room, restrooms, even a medium-sized kitchen/break area. Details here.

    Second floor space available

    The second floor of One Marconi Place just underwent a thorough renovation, including all common areas. The hallways are spacious and have high ceilings, and the restroom facilities are first rate, including granite counters, automatic fixtures, and modern finishes.
